Space Crafters proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on all closet products we install. Because we use premium industrial particleboard, UV-cured melamine laminate, and the highest-grade hardware, we guarantee to replace any material with manufacturing defects free of charge. Before replacing such items, we may require return of the defective item, and we will not accept responsibility for improper self-installation, overloading, or misuse of product. Space Crafters’s guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and does not extend to consequential damages.
Space Crafters also offers a Limited One-Year Guarantee on all installed shower doors and heavy-glass products. We pledge to correct all installation or manufacturing flaws and stand by the quality of our glass products. Space Crafters is not responsible for defects stemming from misuse of product, tile or plumbing defects, or consequential damages.
All Bedder Way products sold by Space Crafters carry a Ten-Year Warranty on mechanical parts. This warranty does not cover the solid wood that makes up 95% of Bedder Way wall beds. See http://www.bedderway.com/warranty.asp.
